In order to return your items, please note that we accept returns only if the item:
- has not been opened
- has all seals and tags intact
- is unworn, unwashed, or unaltered
Terms and Condition
A request for return and exchange should be made within 3 days upon the delivery date.
Request returns is availible on your Account > Order History.
Note that all returning and additional shipping costs should be paid by the customer.
- Refund and exchange is possible if the items delivered are wrong or missing.

Refund and replacement will depend on each case.
- Delivery company will compensate if the items are broken.
If the recipient doesn't follow the Domestic Import tax law, and the item is returned :
- All returning and additional shipping cost should be paid by the customer.
- Shipping cost you paid is not refundable.
- The reason for returning is customer's change, there will be a 10% cancellation charge.
- Refund and Replacement are not applicable for some minor deformation or damage during shipping and delivery process. (i.e. small scratches or package deformation, as long as the items are sealed and in good condition.)
What if my items are defective?
